Erie, PA - Site renovations in conjunction with a full building renovation resulted in a fresh front entry for the former business center in downtown Erie PA. Wide windows capitalize on commercial advertising while the wood site furnishings references the driftwood found along the lake. The high water table led to the design team proposing a raingarden to control the stormwater and groundwater on site. The project also included significant civil infrastructure improvements, including replacing a 151-year old water main for a couple city blocks.
